She has primarily worked at large regional and international law firms out of Charlotte, North Carolina. However, she is looking forward to a second season of her career serving the community in which she spent her formative years.

Erica and her husband, Shawn, have two children: Jacob and Tama. They live in Fort Mill with a house full of animals and enjoy traveling places together, both near and far.
